CE courses for art educators
CCAD is pleased to offer professional development opportunities for our partners in art education. Whether you need to add new skills to your repertoire, network with colleagues, or just get back in a studio to make art, we have opportunities for you. And as always, feel free to send us your ideas and requests for courses and workshops.
Visit our continuing education page for a full listing of classes and workshops.
You’re Invited to Create and Learn at the
5th Annual Advanced Placement Summer Institute
Sunday, June 22 - Friday June 27, 2008
CCAD’s Advanced Placement Summer Institute studio immerses art educators in an intensive week-long program designed to prepare you to offer AP Studio Art for the first time and/or rejuvenate your classroom with powerful new life.
Morning sessions stimulate growth through discussion, visual examples and kinesthetic learning; broadening resources, understanding and experience.
Afternoon sessions focus on you as art maker. This exciting aspect is equally concerned with process and product allowing you to create a series of art in a studio setting.
Check back soon for the APSI brochure and registration form.
